Lavender cools, soothes and heals. As an oil it can be gently massaged into the temples to reduce stress or to
relieve a headache. Lavender can be placed under a pillow to aid sleep. Lavender oil / flowers can be added to
baths to aid healing and relaxation of the mind and body. The scent of Lavender reduces fear, anxiety, negativity, mood
swings, nerves and worry. A brew made from Lavender (herb) and allowed to cool, will improve the condition of the skin
and hair, relieve insect stings and reduce bruising and swelling.
